2nd International Workshop on the Toarcian Oceanic Anoxic Event

Following the activities proposed for the IGCP 655 (Toarcian Oceanic Anoxic Event: Impact on marine carbon cycle and ecosystems), we just release the 2^nd International Workshop on the Toarcian Oceanic Anoxic Event (IW-TOAE), which will be held on September 6^th – 9^th, 2017, in the University of Coimbra, Portugal.

 

The activities will include (1) conferences with oral and poster presentations, (2) two days fieldtrip visiting Pliensbachian-Toarcian outcrops of the Lusitanian Basin, and (3) Short Training Course on Organic matter characterization in anoxic marine facies.
